 I'm unable to actually download eWriting. The component and the two patch files are all 0kb files.

 It doesn't work.

I'm using IE 7 and have dumped my cache and history and its still doing it.

0kb Downloaded on every one of the eWriting files.
The administrator has disabled public write access.
