Site Up & Some News

This thread discusses the Content article: Site Up & Some News

welcome back Aclaina!

is there any chance you could make a script to transfer stories, members, reviews, etc. to efiction script? while i love ewriting, my users are always complaining about the weird characters/symbols in their stories and i understand how they feel... i don't know when you'll be able to work on ewriting, so maybe for users like me you can do this?

the efiction script is located here.

let me know if it is possible... or if you can perhaps make a fix for this ugly bug? i had mentioned it before, and we tried to solve it i think, but it didn't work.

Hi Zelaven,

I don't get the strange characters on the 'usual' version of eWriting. Are you using the beta? I suppose if you are, it's very hard to go back to the 'standard' version.

I must admit, the beta is excellent, but we never were able to get passed that funny character thing, were we? It even did it with imported files as I recall.

Sue,

Yes, I'm using the beta version... shame on me. But now I don't know what to do. I guess I will have to wait until the next version for the fix. Thanks anyway!
