 I get this message when I send a message to a user.

I asked this user to empty all his messages but still he's not able to receive any messages.

Anybody can help out?

 I am having the same issue. If you up the message limit it will work. I am just wondering why it does this if they clean the mailbox out.

I am having the same problem with many users. the mailboxes are clean. I tryed to up the message limit - now it works.

Im just wondering to, why it does this???

Have anybody the same problem and can help?

 Hi.
I strugle with this for some time. There seem to be 2 options:
1. higher the number of messages in the inbox (administration backend)
2. ask people to delete messeges from inbox and outbox (that is important too)
and then use the option:
administrator backend - menu components/missus/ icon purge messages (the middle one) and then green button next

 I don't know why etc, but my mailbox was empty, yet I couldn't receive messages from people, as it claimed my Inbox was full, or something similar.

I went backend, and pressed "Purge", which inturn emptied a stack of messages from "somewhere" (?), and then it works again.

I am looking for something that auto-purges.
Suggestions?
